Air Flow Designs Heating & Air Conditioning

My drain line was clogged so I called airflow to come take a look and was told it was beyond repair and needed a new pump/drain line. They wanted to install a pump and new line through my ceiling and out the back of my house. My home is only 4 years old so I thought it was odd that I needed a brand new line so I snaked the line myself and now it’s fine. This company obviously wants to upsell as much as possible for unnecessary reasons. Really disappointed. I posted the pictures that the technician took for my quote. I’m still waiting for their quote for installation lol WILD

I want to thank the Air Flow staff and its owner for the great service and consideration I received when our AC compressor shorted out. Brian Shaw, the technician, came to my home and diagnosed our problem and several days later returned with the ordered part to do the repair. He was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. While doing the repair; he answered my questions, and I realized that he was very competent. I would recommend your company to anyone. Thanks again Air Flow!

I normally don’t give reviews, but this time I have to, Aldi did an amazing job, he is always reliable no matter what, super professional and gets things done on time. I def recommend his service if you looking for a good company that offer nothing but good service.

Joe, the tech, did a fine job and knew exactly what to do to correct our situation. The problem occurred earlier. I was given a window for service between 8 and 1 p.m. There was no service, no call except my own. Joe arrived about 6 p.m. I initiated all contacts and was kept informed only because of my efforts. Not a good business practice and a good way to keep customers.

Received a call from Anthony to say he was enroute and would be at my house in about 20 minutes. True to his word he showed up in 20 minutes. He gave me a nice greeting and introduced himself and stated why he was here. He conducted a very thorough review of my entire HVAC system. During the visit he was informative and friendly. His customer service skills and professional knowledge are excellent. I'm glad that Air Flow Designs has an employee of Anthony's caliber. Will definitely request for him when I need service or for my next maintenance check-up.
