My wife & I are extremely happy and impressed with the installation work perform by the excellent installers/technicians Air-Flow Designs working on our new Carrier AC system. Both Bruno Salsas & Ricardo Spullaro technical knowledge and attention to detail in completing their tasks was exceptional. They should be commended for their excellent work! Overall, the experience of the entire project by Air-Flow Designs team, Mike Weis, Gary, Installers, etc..., was amazing! I cannot praise the Air-Flow Design team enough for their amazing work. We will always highly recommend Air-Flow Designs to our neighbors and friend interested in replacing and/or installing a new AC system in their homes.

Airflow conducted our unit service today as we have an annual maintenance contract with them. Our technician today, RJ, was outstanding! He provided us with his potential time of arrival via a phone call. Upon arrival, RJ performed his job in a professional and courteous way. RJ kept us informed and updated as he performed the inspection and repairs to our unit. RJ is a great asset to this company and really provided excellent customer service while here. We have been customers of AirFlow for several years now and highly recommend this company and RJ.

Our AC technician Juan D. did an excellent job servicing our unit. He was very thorough and made sure everything was cleaned out properly. He even showed us proof of the work he completed and took the time to explain how the system was functioning. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire visit. We really appreciate his attention to detail and great customer service. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Erik and Jerry during my recent air duct cleaning. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and extremely thorough. They took the time to explain what they were doing, showed me before-and-after photos, and made sure every vent and duct was spotless before they left.
