Classic bait and switch. Made an appointment a week ago. They had an advertised deal of $119. All the vents would get cleaned plus the dryer vent. The guy gets here and says that’s just a Maintenance package we’re only going through one vent, we could look at other packages. Classic devious upsale tactics. I told him, I was very clear on the phone with them. They even asked how many vents I had. Then he had the nerve to ask my contractor (who’s working on my renovation) if she’s always like that? Like what exactly? Shrewd to your Unethical Shrewd business practices? Wow just wow!

William their tech is awesome. I've never met a more honest an straight shooter than him. Their follow-up needs some work. Due to todays conditions, with availability and changing prices I understood that bill could not give me a price on replacing the blower motor on my Air handler and the office was to call back with a price. You would expect someone would get back to me within 24 hours. As of writing this its been 48 hours, no air handler and no call. And the longer it takes the further down the list i fall. All they need to do is atleast give a follow-up phone call to let the customer know the status. I will probably keep using Air Flow Designs, because of William. But I will be the one following up with the office.

New built home in 2019. And we've had them out many times to fix and replace faulty parts. Having the same issue we had 3 weeks ago. And have to wait 3 days for them to come back. Was told they would call me and be out next day. No call. Followed up and they said they would be out on day 3. Even though it's the same issue as the one they " repaired" 3 weeks ago. Super irritated with the lack of service and lack of reliability.

I would not recommend this company for any A/C repair work to anyone but my worst enemies. Do not use them. They were called out to my father's house for multiple repairs on an old system. The recoil work they did has held and worked well, but it was not noticed at the time that the humidity in the house after this work went through the roof. They were called out again, found nothing wrong with the unit, and pointed the issue towards some AC ducts that needed to be replaced - fair enough. After those ducts repaired the humidity still remained high, and the air handler's blower went out - so they were called out again. They charged a ridiculous amount of money to replace the blower motor, installed the wrong unit, installed it poorly (there was a gap in the housing), and the fan would ru

I had Jordan come in today and do a UV light install and to sanitize my air-ducts due to mildew buildup. This guy was the nicest and most professional technician I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He did a great job inspecting and told me my options, install done on the same day for a good price.
