Derrek Mitchell was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve had other technicians come out and couldn’t quite handle my issues. His expertise showed. Within minutes he diagnosed the issue and meticulously addressed it. I’m highly appreciative of his service and attention to detail. Thank you Derrek for going above and beyond!

Regretfully, I must change my review. I had my bathtub faucets repaired in March and the tile was broken. Ron was very professional while he was in my home performing the repair but my tile was NEVER replaced. I have contacted the office several times without any assistance. I keep getting the run around. I was informed that previous supervisor is no longer employed with them. The new supervisor contacted me, I believe his name is Randall, told me that he would get it taken care. But he called me to say that someone was supposed to come look at the tile but they NEVER did. He said he was not informed that they could not come to my home AFTER I called weeks later questioning AGAIN. I have been waiting since March for my bathtub tile to be replaced. Fair pricing and gave me valid choices of systems. Installation was smooth and on the day assigned. So glad I know them now for all my future work .

Mr Austin Hartley was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. It did not take him a long time to figure out what the problem was and what he needed to do to rectify the problem. He came back the very next day he changed all the parts and he insulated all of the parts for the air conditioner and heating unit. I would recommend him over and over and over and over again.
