Daniel the owner of Air Guide Heating was the only one who would come out and take a look at my furnace the same day it went out on one of the coldest weeks we have had here in the Pacific Northwest. All of the other big name company’s were days or a weeks out with appointments. With that said Daniel tried walking me through the standard resetting of the furnace, checking the breaker and the Thermostat. When none of this work he made a special trip late in the evening to asses the situation. His professionalism, customer service and his quick response is unmatched in the industry! After his assessment it was determined my motor over heated and was fried. Not only did he get me a new motor as quick as he could, the install went flawlessly!
