Air Innovations, Heating and Air Conditioning

I was very disappointed in the service I received. First of all, I felt the tech stretched the time to add an extra 1/2 hour. I didn’t stay with him the entire time, but he was on his phone at one point when I returned. He spent so long in his truck I thought he’d left. Secondly, he said the furnace was making an odd sound but he didn’t know what it was and to call if I had trouble in the future, so that wasn’t fixed. Thirdly, I called the office with my concerns and she said they wouldn’t charge my card until she talked with the service manager and he would call me within two days. Here it is a week later- no call and my card was charged. More than likely they would have charged me anyway, but blowing me off and leaving things unfixed is poor customer service.

Absolutely the BEST experience. They are so responsive and got our new A/C unit and new furnace up and running in one day!!! The installers were EXTREMELY polite, professional and experienced. EXCELLENT service unparalleled!!! Thank you to Mike and his team we are so grateful!

Best service ever! Showed up within given time frame. Great prices and work ethic. My installer and apprentice were honest snd hardworking. They went above and beyond expectations. Easy to talk to and get direct informative answers. Cleaned up like they were never here. I would highly recommend and will never use the previous company again.

Wow! Let me tell you about Luke with Air Innovations! We have been dealing with AC issues all summer. Luke arrived - after 5 pm, I might add - and stuck with us until the job was done. It’s now 8:30 pm, and he left only 10 minutes ago - and I’m beginning to turn into an ice cube. Thank you, Luke and Air Innovations!

They came and fixed our furnace this winter. Very professional, great service, reasonable prices. It was on the weekend, below freezing temperatures and even though they had 80 work orders and had more to go to, all of their techs came in on their day off and made it to our house at 9:00 at night and fixed the problem. We were able to go to bed warm. Forever grateful for this company.
