They installed a/c with heat pump. Love the work professionalism and they came early. So nice on the phone as well. I highly recommend this company and pricing.

Work done by technician was great, customer service after purchase not so much. Customer service 101 ...After the installation if a customer makes contact (twice) it's a good idea to follow up....a simple call works wonders. Too bad for any future work.

Dont use this company! They installed two units for me. Im very unhappy and had to have my unit repaired by an Orlando company. They never called me back and told me they were busy. Two local hvac companies would not help due to the unit being installed improperly.

My mother-in-law called me and said her house was up to 81 and asked if I could look at her a/c. I went over and was able to confirm it was broken. I called Air King's and to my surprise was able to talk to someone (this was 9:45 pm). The gentleman said he was out all day and I caught him as he was about to shower and end his day. He came right out in despite of his already long day and was able to quickly find a freon leak in my coil. He took the time to go over all the options and we decided to go with a new unit instead of changing a coil. Apparently it is pretty hard to get equipment right now but he had one he was going to use personally but wouldn't feel right letting my mother-in-law go with out air. We had a new unit installed today and we cannot say enough good! A shout out to Rick who arrived at our home in the morning and did not leave until after 7pm when the job was 100% done! Thank you to Levon and Paula! They are very professional in all ways! They were so good about explaining everything and were very good about keeping in touch . I would recommend this company for any air conditioning needs you may have!
