Paul was very honest and professional. He responded immediately to my request for repairs and once there he clearly explained the issues with the furnace and gave me great advice on my options with no run around. He worked tirelessly and quickly to upgrade my furnace with flexible and accommodating financing options. Would highly recommend him to anyone that needs furnace repairs or replacement.

Paul was awesome. Came to my home on a Saturday in minus-20 degrees to install new Lennox furnace. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very professional. Highly recommend Paul and Air Knights.

I hired Air Knights and Paul to come out last summer when my A/C stopped keeping up, and he was able to get my 40+ year old system to make it through for a great price. He was fast, professional, and since I knew my system was on its last leg, I kept his number handy. Fast forward to this week, our furnace died. All it took was one call to Paul, and less than 8 hours later our old furnace was gone and new one was heating the house. He worked into the night, completing the job quick and efficiently. They installed a Lennox and it's a fantastic furnace with variable fan speed and 97% efficiency. I'd recommend Air Knights and Paul to anyone!

We had an issue with our boiler on Friday night. I knew that it would be impossible to get someone out on short notice, but I really wanted to speak to someone who could tell me what to do until a tech could come out. I called 2-3 companies, but there wasnt anyone who could explain what I should do. I then called Air Knights, and the very helpful person who answered gave me the direct number to the owner Paul. He guided me through what to do. I made a appointment for Monday and he came out earlier than expected and took care of the issue. I'll definitely be calling Air Knights again.

*****5 Stars***** Paul was genuinely different from the rest. Really helpful at diagnosing the issues over the phone. When others quickly suggested to replace the entire furnace or half of it, he felt that he could fix the part. Paul quickly recognized that I have a quality furnace that’s worth saving and repairing. It didn’t benefit him at all to do a repair since it saved me thousands of dollars, but he genuinely wants what’s best for the customer. Thank you Paul! Definitely would recommend and will call Paul again when needed.
