First and foremost thank you Jerry for your honesty and integrity. After being denied by choice home warranty, we were in a bind. Two different technicians came out and both claims/quotes were denied. They used excuses like maintenance wasn’t done and other lies. We had used Jerry in the past and called him. He figured out in 5 minutes that the thermostat was connected incorrectly and when heat was turned on, it wasn’t connected to the AC unit/ heat component. He remedied the issue quickly and our heater works perfectly. It’s a real disservice to society when all these people you call for service are looking to steal your hard earned money by fraudulent means. Jerry falls in a category of trustworthy and honest. Firstly , just to give a little background , my AC unit was fully replaced in 2019 along with new pipes . Recently , i began to experience symptoms of a refrigerant leak . As many of others , i went on reddit and found Jerry’s information with glowing reviews . So i reached out to him and informed him of my issue . He was very polite over the phone and assured me that he would be able to come take a look at it as soon as he got done with his current job which i was super appreciative of as it was 115 degrees outside . When he got to my house , he began to do his own diagnostic work to figure out the issue . He then brought out his refrigerant detection meter and began testing for leaks . For some reason , as he’s checking , he boastfully tells me that the meter cost him $1000 and how much

Worked with Jerry between 2 different addresses and 5 HVACs. Very personable and knows his stuff. Really amazing service compared to many of the larger companies. Iv used AirKool for annual maintenance items and a warranty repair on a new install. I still use AirKool and would recommend!

Solid service! Took a chance and called Jerry after a friend of mine said he was his "go-to" guy for his A/C needs. I called Jerry in the morning, was at my house shortly after. He fixed the compressor and I was still able to make it to my Dr. appt. I can tell Jerry has a lot of experience... clearly explained everything, and made sure I understood the issue. He was patient and let me ask all the questioned I had. He pointed out the problem right away, and was able to see for myself. He did not sell me on anything, and fixed only what needed to be fixed. I would definitely recommend Jerry to my friends and neighbors.

Jerry is the absolute best!! Found him from a Reddit post after we were desperate for an emergency fix of our system that had a leak in the condenser. Jerry was great to communicate and work with, coming to check the problem and fix it the very next morning! Hands down most honest and reliable HVAC contractor we’ve encountered and would 100% recommend him!
