Samuel was so kind. He came early on a hot Sunday afternoon to repair my AC. He was so polite and patient with me and explained everything he was doing every step of the way. He was sure to quote me prices before doing anything, and gave me options in case spending that much money was not feasible. His pricing is fair, and is definitely lower than big commercial businesses. I would certainly recommend him.

After discussing the pros and cons of the different options with him late on a Friday afternoon, I decided to replace the furnace and he was able to have it done that same weekend. Samuel is very professional!! He did a very nice job with converting my entire heating system from oil to electric heat pump. I wanted to upgrade my thermostat and he came from over an hour away and installed it for FREE! He assured me that he is only a phone call away.

My A/C stopped working on one of the hottest days in August and I feared it would be days before I could find someone to come out and fix it. I was delighted when I reached Samuel just before 5pm and he was able to come shortly, and I had cool air again by 7:30pm. Simply amazing service! He patiently explained everything he found and I did not in any way feel overcharged for such quick service and the emergency situation.
