Air Management Systems

Not only is my AC/Heat unit the best I have ever had, the people that work for this company are by far the nicest I have ever dealt with. My unit has been superb. I have never had one work so efficiently. I have the yearly service to keep it running that way and that has been the best money I ever spent. Give them a try if you need repair and don’t hesitate to call them for an estimate on a new one. I am so happy my husband called them first. You will be too! Warning; you may not be accustom to the customer service you will receive. Nicest employees ever!

Disappointing in regards to communication with customers and being charged for not being aware of when they come or when they are going to show up. Then charges double for coming out when no appointment was made ahead of time or any warning that they were coming. Very disheartening to say the least . And then on the second visit that I was charged again for the technician did not even bring a ladder to get in the attic with. So I have two charges for a service call and still have not yet been in the attic but says had sucked out drain lines? I’m guessing no drain lines are in the attic?!! Smh

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with [Air Management Company]. After they installed a fan motor, the excessive vibration from the motor caused my freon to leak out. They came to my house three times to address the issue with the fan motor, but none of the technicians were able to identify the problem before all my freon leaked out. Despite multiple visits, the issue was never properly addressed, and now I’m left with costly repairs and a system that isn’t functioning correctly. To make matters worse, they have refused to replace the lost freon or offer any form of compensation for the damage their installation caused. This demonstrates a complete lack of accountability and poor customer service. I trusted them to do quality work, but instead, I’m left with costly repairs and

My service call was handled promptly and efficiently. I felt important to them and knew exactly what was to be done and all of my options before the work was accomplished. These are only some of the reasons I remain a loyal and satisfied customer.

Brandon Horton is an excellent person to represent your company! My heat went out Saturday night and he came immediately and worked approximately 2 hours to get me some heat. This is the coldest week we’ve had so far this winter. Thank you, Brandon! And thank you, Air Management Systems!
