Our heat system went out Saturday night in the middle of a winter snow storm. I called Hendrick H&A Sunday morning to have our heat unit fixed. The repair man looked & told me it needed 2 parts replaced and it would be 2-3 day's to get them. He made a call and then told me they could replace the whole system that day. I asked for repair cost and was being given high replacement quotes for everything. I felt like I was being taken advantage of so I called AIR MASTER INC. on Monday.I spoke to Kendra and explained my situation. She was so helpful & reassuring & would try to get a repair out as soon as possible.
