We were blown away with Chris’ response time and fixing our unit on a hot Sunday afternoon. We are new to the area and he came out within an hour, took his time explaining what he found, and fixed it that day. My AC wasn’t working and after 2 reputable AC companies told me I needed a new system at the cost of $15,000 to $18,000 and repairing it wasn’t an option, I was devastated as to how I could pay for it. A friend told me about Chris. He came out on a Saturday and after less than 2 hours it was up and running like new!!!!! His price was very reasonable also!!! I cannot recommend Air Masters Heating and Cooling highly enough!!!! We were in a a panic when our air conditioner broke down the day before my daughter was expecting a house full of guests for the week. We drove to Tractor Supply for refrigeration gauges to see if we could troubleshoot it before calling someone and spotted an Air Masters service van in the parking lot. We stopped the technician and explained our situation and he agreed to follow us home right then and there. Chris who we learned was the owner , quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it on the spot, and charged us an incredibly fair price. Chris knows what’s up. He diagnosed the leak in my ductless mini-split and although it couldn’t be completely repaired he got it good enough to get through the summer. Reasonably priced too.

Enjoyed our experience with Air Masters. They were quick to respond and inspect our unit. They explained the issue, ordered the part (was on backorder), and installed as soon as it arrived. Their communication throughout the process was great... Very professional... The price for parts and service was very reasonable...
