Already knew what the problem was with the AC when contacted them. It was low on r22. Had them come out assuming they would have r438a which can be used instead of r22 since it's no longer used. The fellow arrived fast does his inspection and tells us what we already knew. Explains he's not allowed to use r438a and that we need a new system. My question is why did y'all come out and charge 135$ when you knew you couldn't do what we needed?

These people take such good care of me and my AC. Every time I call them, they're here within a matter of just a little time, and they fix whatever needs fixing. They take good care of me.

Recharged my AC but Michael was only at my house for max 30 minutes yet charged me for 2 hours at $135 , they rob you for your money, either pay big attention to your bill or just don't use them period, they steal money and commit fraud

The lady that answers the phone was polite, helpful and professional and lined me up with a free estimate. Dillon came out and showed the same knowledge and professionalism. This company kept me up to date and informed during the whole process. Dillon and Cole was courteous and produced a neat and clean install of removing and replacing the HVAC unit in my home. Dillon called me a few days later to check and make sure everything was up to par, which it was! Great company with great employees!

Their price was competitive, and the installer, Dillon, was very knowledgeable not only about the product, but also in how it should be installed. His helper, James, was courteous and helpful as well. When the weather is hot, and your old unit dies, it's great to get the job in a timely manner.
