The technician arrived on time, clearly explained what was wrong with my unit, and walked me through the repair options without any pressure. The repair was completed efficiently. I especially appreciated the honesty, fair pricing, and attention to detail. It’s hard to find companies that genuinely care about their customers, but this team absolutely does. Excellent service and price! My A/C went out on a Monday afternoon and after my regular A/C guy couldn't make it by the same day to take a look, I called Air Monkey. Tyler answered right away and said he could have someone by that day. He sent over a fantastic technician named Colby who showed up within a couple hours from my call. Colby diagnosed the issue as low refrigerant due to a leak in my system (this put a block of ice over my evaporator coil blocking air from flowing though). Because of the age of my unit and because the original refrigerant in my unit is difficult to get, I opted for a complete replacement of the evaporator coil (inside unit) and condenser (outside unit). I came home from a trip to find my interior temp at 88 degrees. I called Air Monkey, which handles my HVAC maintenance, for a repair. Hunter (my usual service tech) came out ASAP and replaced the faulty part. Saved me from having to get a hotel room! Great immediate response and service! Living in 1st world comfort now. I highly recommend this company.
