Air Oasis

AWFUL. DEFECTIVE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I purchased 3 units and paid an exorbitant amount to have them shipped to Australia ($5,000+). All 3 units have developed the SAME electrical fault. I contacted air oasis and they didn’t care at all and refused to do anything. Their suggestion was to purchase more of their new model air filter!! What a joke. This business seems like a scam as they do not follow legal requirements for defective products and it is impossible to follow it up from Australia. Incredibly disappointed and financially impacted.

Really impressed with AirOasis. Firstly because their customer service was brilliant, I was getting very frustrated with FedEx and AirOasis were very quick to help. Secondly, I bought a few units of the iadapt air 2.0 because I was very ill from the mold inside my apartment. These photos of before and after results speak for themselves, both with the same incubation period. I also feel a lot better, so so pleased! Well worth the money!

I have owned an Air Oasis UV purifier for almost 5 years now. I just purchased another unit. The products are excellent quality and very effective. I have a dog boarding business and ever since I have started using the UV air, we have had much fewer illnesses spread amongst our cage-free boarding/daycare environment. I have had very few problems with our unit and the times that I did, they were minor and customer service was extremely helpful and responsive, which is pretty rare to find these days. I can honestly say that I have NEVER dealt with a company that has better customer service than Air Oasis. Our dogs and our staff thank you for keeping us healthy!

Thank you for your generosity in gifting the Silverleaf Apartment complex in Panhandle with your wonderful IAdapt air purifiers in both the large and small sizes. I have the larger size and I love how easy it was to set up. I’m very pleased with its quietness. I’m new to air purifiers and I love that the air I’m breathing is now so clean. Thank you for your generosity and concern for us older folks. We are very appreciative!

This company was so generous with air purifiers they donated to the over 55 community I live in! They go by financials for rental payments here at Silverleaf in Panhandle Texas. That means some of us do not have funds for some things that can make life a little easier... so thank you so very much for donating these! We are so thankful!
