Air One One Air Conditioning

I was referred to Air One One by a friend; I am very impressed with them and will never use another HVAC company. I called after hours and Kelly answered right away and scheduled my appointment. I needed a new thermostat and Jorge came out to do the replacement. He's efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly, and I am 100% happy with the results.

Air One One has saved me a. Pole of times! Recently my air went out late on a Thursday. I called Friday mid morning hoping someone could make it out before the weekend. The owner made an extra stop before heading home for the weekend to make sure we were taken care of! I highly suggest their services!

Really thrilled by the service we got from Air One One. After coming home from vacation, we heard rattling coming from one of the handlers. They were able to come out the next day (as it was still working) and diagnose the problem, which was the motor was rusted and some was starting to fall apart. Rather then sell us a new unit (which we have seen countless times other companies do), Jorge identified that part was under warranty! Once the part came in, he installed it, serviced our units, and saved us thousands of dollars that other companies would have charged.

Kelly and Jorge were amazing! Quickly came out to give us a second opinion. Jorge took his time showing us what he was doing and explaining what our unit really needed. Gave us total confidence in the repairs we agreed to. So thankful to have found a great AC company!

I have been using Air One One for several years and will continue to use them. Jorge is wonderful. He is knowledgeable and honest.
