Great experience this week repairing the heat on our HVAC. Easy process and great communication. He fixed it the same day our home warranty approved the repair. Thank you, Mark!!

Mark and his coworker were extremely friendly. They came to my home after regular business hours, the same day I called to repair my HVAC system. The problem turned out to be really simple and Mark did not charge me and even refused a tip. He just asked me to pay the kindness forward. They definitely have my respect and any future business.

Ok I was terrified after reading the reviews but Mark came to 2 of my homes when he said he was coming ,checked my unit and it’s fixed, I hope .Mark communicated great with me and my husband. I can honestly say he was very kind and understanding I had no problems with him . He get 5 stars from me

IF I could give zero reviews I absolutely would. Mark was assigned to my house thru my home warranty plan and was unable to diagnose my problem twice and on the 3rd visit he was scheduled to come to my house@ 8 a.m. to clean the could in my attic. My daughter text me @ 8:06 and said she saw him in the driveway but he left. He said he knocked on the door and no one answered. At 8:09 I called him and he spoke to me terribly, no one should ever be spoke to the way this man spoke to me. He then demanded another $175 to turn around and come back. He anger intensified because we didn't answer the door even though at 806 my daughter saw him there and he ended up hanging up on me. I would never ever recommend this man or his company to anyone.

If I could give zero stars for this company I would. A technician named Mark was called through our home warranty to repair our unit. He refused to test to see if our unit needed refrigerant, refused to look at the duct work that wasn't working properly and made excuse after excuse why he wouldn't do any of the work. I called Mark the next day because the unit was still not working and unfortunately, our home warranty requires that we call who they suggest. He made every excuse in the world not to come back and told me to have my husband take a screw driver and beat on the outside breaker box. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
