I really appreciate the attention to details like confirming appointment time- reminder text day before- text to say tech was on his way- and thank you text after tech left after service. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been very professional and personable. I would highly recommend Air Plus for your service needs. As a local business owner- I appreciate good customer service. Air plus was able to provide same day service on my ac system. I woke up to find my ac system not working. I called and spoke with Kathy, and she was so nice and pleasant. At first she said she could schedule me for tomorrow, but i explained my situation, how today was my only day off. She said she would make a call and call me right back, and that she did, with great news, they would fit me on the schedule for the afternoon!!! Now, if it were just me, I would be able to bear it for a few days, however I have a kid, some cats and dogs, and an exotic pet that MUST remain below 78* or it will overheat and can die. Air Plus was able to make it out in the early afternoon and take a look at my ac system and thankfully, only a part needed replacement 🙌 Now my home is cooling fast!!! I will b

Scott & his staff were on time for the scheduled appointment, thoroughly went through both rooftop AC units at our shop, communicated the task at hand, and completed the service. Very professional - I highly recommend Air Plus!
