I can’t say enough about the professionalism and service I receive from Air-Pro. I have been using Mike for all my HVAC and water heaters for 40 years now. Air-Pro had never let me down. Very personal service from a very professional group.

Mike and his Air Pro crew were nothing short of excellent. Everything from the initial discussion on the phone, quick understanding of customer requirements (and constraints), fair and no-nonsense written proposal in less than 1 hour, and actually showing up on-time, respecting the customer and their home, AND having the flexibility to make the inevitable modifications/additions that come with this kind of work. All with a smile, friendly demeanour, and obvious expertise that comes from many years of experience. I would highly recommend Mike and Air Pro for any HVAC work.

Had system installed (furnace, AC, humidifier, and dehumidifier in Spring 2024) and scheduled maintenances done after install. Super clean and detail oriented install, thorough explanations of everything, and subsequent maintenance all on time and everyone is great to work with. It’s a major system in your house and we wanted to pay for pros, and we are lucky to have Mike and his crew.

On a Sunday morning in February we woke up to no heat and a non-functioning furnace. I called the HVAC company we had been using for decades. Someone came. He told me our system was so old he didn't think we could get parts so he wasn't bothering to diagnose the problem. This was the first time I had ever heard anything like this from a Tom Muse technician, but I believed him and we went on to install an extremely expensive new system. From day one it never worked right. The same guy would come out and do something, but problems kept recurring. I finally learned that the company had been sold and none of the staff was the same. Problem explained. I switched to AirPro. It took time to sort out the problems; partly because they were skeptical about how badly the work was originally

Excellent service by Mike and his crew. If anyone out there is interested in having s small-honest-reasonably-priced-locally owned business to install or service your home heating and Air Conditioning system Air-Pro is the place to go.
