They communicated clearly, handled scheduling efficiently, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their customer service truly stands out. The lead technician, Eduardo Ramirez, was exceptional. He was highly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in his work. Eduardo took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the system was running properly before leaving. We have been customers of Air Products for quite a while now. Most recently the fruit board in one of our heating units went bad. Marlon from air products arrived on time, and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. 24 hours later the came back to install the circuit board and perform maintenance. Marlon, is a good egg. Finished to our satisfaction, i would highly recommend air products for maintenance and also for the install of o new system. My only critical feedback would be that they are closed on the weekends for emergency HVAC repair.

First I like to say thanks to Erica for getting me the right technicians to solve my problem with my a/c thermostat and want to thank Edward for taking notes and information about the system. Also Didi was very patient when we asked questions. He was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend Air Products and services. Very professional and on time. Serviced the Hvac replaced filters cleaned vent. DIDi did a great job cleaned up after wore coverings over shoes. Very pleased with Air Product services and their crew.
