If i could leave a zero star for this place i would . Our central ac went out the fall of 2023. Our lanlord paid this company to replace it with a new central ac unit in the summer of 2024. I had just had my baby in june of 2024 they came out the day after i got out of the hospital installed it . And told me and my husband we will be back tomorrow to put freon and oil in it and you will be good to go . Well next day came and they never showed up . They have been contacted multiple times when they do show up they are here long enough for us to answer the door and to tell us they have another quick job to go finish and they will be right back . Well when they say this you might as well hang it up because they NEVER come back . My landlord also ask me if they dropped the box of filt

The system they put in works great - we opted for an electrical replacement unit HOWEVER - The owner was the man who came out to give us an estimate - he looked at our electrical panel which we had recently upgraded and said everything looks good, and we were told that they would do the hook ups at the units. We told him we had run 220 wire to where the AC unit was going to be - he said that will work. Once we had agreed to his price ($6500 - which I thought was a little high especially when they had to do NO ductwork - was strictly replacement, but we like to support local businesses) he asked for half deposit and would schedule us. First of all this company doesn't offer any kind of free or discounted estimates. The man that answered the phones said we charge $95 an hour so you pay the $95 and get an estimate of what's wrong. Then the technician comes out and seemed nice didn't charge me since he was on our roof for less than 10 minutes, which was definitely nice of him, but he also told me that the unit on the roof was "beyond repair." He told me a new unit could be financed through a company they use but it would be about $3000 give or take depending on my choice of unit, installation, plus labor fees. So I went on search for a better option not being able to afford that at the moment. ***UPDATE: we are not HVAC guys, so it took a while for this to sink in: hey Larry you neglected to install a condensate pump. We discovered this when we went into the basement to discover a large amount of water all over the floor. We called our son who IS an HVAC guy, and he called you a bad name.
