Had AirPro clean out my dryer duct today. Kyle was prompt, very informative and great information. He was able to show me with a camera what it looked like in the dryer vent/pipe (before and after video). Great job and very friendly. Thank you.

We had an emergency freezer issue & after having a TERRIBLE experience with a different company - I had a recommendation from my husband's friend to try Air Pros & let me just say.... THIS IS THE KIND OF COMPANY YOU WANT TO CALL WHEN YOU NEED IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! Kyle and his Team for the day were on site within a few hours of making the first call, and were able to fix the diagnosis the issue within MINUTES - replace parts that had gone bad - got it up and running again within an hour or so! It was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I’ve tried over 5 times to get a response about a claim after my unit stopped working a week after a $1600 repair with a labor included “warranty” Tried hard to get any response or a time to schedule a review of my system. Not a call back, nothing. I was patient. But this is unprofessional

Kyle was our service technician both for the initial service to take a look at the unit to see what was going on, and again for the service to fix the issue. He very communicative and always explained what was going on and what he was doing to repair it. He was personable and respectful throughout the entire process.
