It had become obvious that we needed to replace our gas boiler. We contacted several firms for estimates. AirPros were friendly and responsive. We had an estimate in a couple of days after calling them. Scheduling the installation was easy and a lot faster than we thought it would be. The crew that came to our home to do the work was friendly and efficient and the install was done in about 6 hours which was much faster than we thought it would be. I am very pleased with their service, their prices and their customer care. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am that we found Air Pros.

AIR PRO does it all. I desperately needed a Rinnai hot water heater problem fixed and AIR PRO responded to my late night call, then a call back early next morning to say they’d be here that morning - AND they were! Fixed the problem within the first hour and assured me they’d be back as soon as ordered new parts arrived. AND they will service my mini split heat/AC system AND future plumbing issues. AIR PRO techs Zach and Zander were professional, communicated well with me, answered all my questions and SOLD me on using AIR PRO in the future. Reassuring given that winter is coming and lining up reliable professional repair and maintenance so important for peace of mind, heat, hot water! Happy new customer.

I contacted Air Pros to fix a leak in a pipe of an outdoor shower. They scheduled the work and completed the job in a very timely and efficient manner. But I did think the price was a bit on the high side. Very nice people to work with however.

We were getting cool air blowing out of our heating vents on a chilly morning. I was referred to Air Pros and am so glad. The turnaround time from my initial call, to the completion of the job was not what I have been accustomed to with other companies. I will not hesitate to use them for any of our HVAC needs going forward!
