Air Purification Company

If I could give zero stars I would. Called the company line and everytime I called it immediately hung up. When I finally got through to someone it was a receptionist who had a horrible attitude and came at me very aggressive and instead of listen to her be rude I decided to hang up. Very disappointed in the lack of service to people who buy from your company constantly.

Would love to be able to give them 5 stars but never got the opportunity to do business with them. Called to get information about attic ventilation needed spoke to lady (unfortunately did not get name) over the phone and she said they had what I needed, left my job and made my way there, at least 45 minute drive. Get there and lady up front,(unfortunately didn’t get her name either)asked who I spoke to and I told her I didn’t get a name and her response was “I have 60 people working here and I just got back from lunch” as if all 60 people were answering the phone. With attitude she asked what I needed and I explained to her that it’s for my home in New Mexico and she’s like “we don’t service New Mexico” without even listening to what I was trying to tell her. Fast, friendly and with a warehouse so clean you’d swear they we’re in the business of fine dining. They also have an extremely knowledgeable sales team. Just thought they were worth a good review!
