MARIO !!!! Remember this name!!! Do NOT let him into your home. Especially if you have a baby. This technician has been to my apartment FOUR TIMES already because every single time he rewired or touched the thermostat, something new broke. Wrong wiring. Wrong readings. Low battery warnings. Temperature lower than settings, then higher. AC never stable. Very important: He NEVER shows up with tools. No thermometer to check real temperature. No airflow tools. No humidity meter. Nothing. Just guessing on the thermostat screen and saying “it will stabilize”. Since the brand new AC installation, my apartment has been cold AND extremely humid (around 60%+) for over TWO WEEKS. This is Florida. AC is supposed to remove humidity. It never did. I kept telling him the thermostat does NOT match re

Rich and the guys that came out today are beyond great. It feels amazing knowing I've found a honest, hard working company that stands behind their work. There's a lot of people in this industry that have no clue what they're doing, thats not the case with these guys. After going with three horrible companies and spending over 4k on AC issued im grateful to have found this company. Thank you so much Air-Q!!

I have dealt with Rodolfo several times, from buying a couple of brand new High efficiency units to small services and always got a professional treatment and quality service. Yesterday he showed up at the apartment where the AC wasn’t working on a matter of hours and took him 3 minutes to figured things out!
