Mike Smith did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable; he explained the process and all my options very clearly, took pictures of a leaking condensate pump in the crawl space and alerted me to the potential for mold if it didn't get replaced. He and Cole were efficient, personable, and careful about cleaning up thoroughly. I have high standards and I was very pleased.

The time and care taken in so many ways: making sure they lay down tarps and everything to make sure there was no mess made in the house, explaining the details of how to get a longer life out of my furnace and better maintenance programs for it, the Patients kind and considerate behaviour of both employees was such pleasant surprise. Fast efficient didn’t waste time, even went above and beyond by cleaning events making sure everything was cleaned up and put back together or taking the furnace apart cleaning it Meticulously!!! And all the same care was taken with the dryer vent and teaching me how to catch dog food even that would fall behind where the dogs were eating.
