Our heating system went out recently. A call was put in the morning & within 2 hours the truck came with the friendly maintenance guy. He knew exactly what to do. After an hour of troubleshooting he came in the house to check that the heat & AC were working properly. He must have checked it 5 times. He was very thorough & explained about air return’s & how he had fixed it. We didn’t understand a bit about that but was so grateful that he was knowledgeable about his job.
