I wish zero stars was an option… In October of 2021 we paid over $9,000 for a new system, and from the beginning it has been one issue after another. The unit installed was not the correct size for our home, and additional duct work had to be done afterward to make it fit. The system continued to struggle holding temperature, so we placed another service call. At that time, we were told no issue could be found. Later, while working in the garage, I felt cold air and discovered it was coming from the AC handler. It had not been properly sealed, causing conditioned air to blow directly into the garage. Another technician was sent out and mentioned that this is not typically the type of work he handles, but he would attempt a fix and, if it didn’t hold, the installer would need to return to
