Air Tech Heating and Air LLC

Definitely not a professional business. I also used them awhile back and the guy done some cleaning of the unit, charged me $150 dollars and left. He was paid by check before he left. Few months later still getting phone calls asking me to pay my bill. They asked me to bring by proof that I paid it when I told them it was paid, lol. I told them got my proof right here you come back over and look at it I’m not going to you but no one has ever showed up to check on it.

I am writing this review to warn others about Air-Tech Heating and Air in Dexter, MO. Stay away from this business at ALL costs!! They will lie to you and prey on the elderly. They came to my elderly parent's house to repair an outside faucet that had busted. My father provided the new faucet. Air-Tech only provided a short piece of water line and two fittings. I requested that all water lines be wrapped due to the cold weather and they did not do that. The tech was at the house for approximately 2 hours total to make the repairs. The bill was $839.74. There was a $95 service call fee and $754.74 for "Busted water line repairs". There is only one tech (George) assigned to the job according to the bill. GET IT N WRITING BEFOR HAND OR YOU WILL REGRET IT !!! I am outraged over the charge I received or installing a 40 gallon of electric hot water tank. On 5- 20-2019 They hot water tank itself runs around $400 They claim to have charge me for 2 hours of labor at $89 per hour and one service call at $89. My total charge for this job was $1113.84 There has been no proof of where the rest of the trumped up charges on this job came from. I allowed this man to come and go all day long to do personal business besides installing my hot water tank and he cost me 12 hours of my work. I am outraged and will not change my mind and till I am reimbursed around $400. I feel bad having to give this sorry excuse for a company even 1 star. This has to be the most unprofessional company. They took my money through a loan company called Enerbank then did 25% of the job he was paid to do. Complete scammer! This company is now operating under the name of Anthony’s. Literally scammed so many people he had to change the business name. THERE CROOKS! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Used this company over a year ago to work on side by side refridgerator-freezer that stopped cooling. Unit is in my basement. Tech took my leaf blower to the compressor and condenser blowing dirt and debris all over my basement. Did not offer to clean it up. Told me unit seemed to be working but if it gave me any more trouble, quote,(then the cooling system was probably shot.) Charged me $130 and left. The performance was very unfrofessional. I see they are still in business so maybe they have improved.
