First met Wally and his brother last year and was impressed by their professionalism and genuine concern about my heating problem. Last night my furnace stopped working at 8 p.m., so I wrote to Wally, and he responded quickly, promising a visit this morning. By 8:30 p.m., his brother -- Noah -- arrived and quickly resolved my issue and provided maintenance on my system. The price was very reasonable, and it was a pleasure interacting with both of the. Profession shop. My Central Air was blowing warm, Wally was super busy as it was a hot day. I am a bit mechanically so he walked me a through a few troubleshooting steps, narrowed it down to a capacitor over the phone, with his direction he sent me over to Audubon Parts house in Mantua, picked up a capacitor, problem fixed in 15 minutes. Cold house = happy family. Thanks Wally your a true professional.

I called Air Tech Pros when my ac stopped working over night. They were very fast to respond to my call and came out to my house within 2 hours. They were quick to find the problem and explained what was wrong. I was back up and running in less than an hour! I asked their opinion if it was worth replacing the capacitor or just getting a whole new unit since mine is 20+years old and, I anticipated replacing it in the spring anyways. A company could have easily taken advantage of me being a girl with no knowledge of HVAC and recommended I elected for the costly option of replacing the whole thing before I’m ready, but they were very professional and honest. Will definitely use them again when it’s time to have my HVAC serviced and ac unit replaced. Thank you guys!

Air Tech Pros finished installing a brand spanking new kickass HVAC system and a phenomenal water heater tank with some type of sophisticated contraption on top.
