Richard and Jeremy were recommended to me by neighbors when my system stopped working. My call was answered right away and a tech - Justin - was at my house in less than 2 hours. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it. He also performed system maintenance and explained everything to me thoroughly. He was extremely professional and courteous. My AC stopped working. We had Airtec come out. They came quickly. Bryan, my technician, was amazing! Ahe went above and beyond and installed a new thermostat. The entire experience was pleasant. Very nice and professional staff. I highly recommend this company!! They will not sell you something you don't need. They are truly a local company. Family for over 25 years. This is the company to call for your AC needs.

Jeremy came over as soon as I called, already had another company day before & Jeramy agreed everything they said was true. Jeramy is an honest & reputable company, I was a permit tech for almost 20 years for City of Port Orange & nothing but great reviews from our customers, now that I needed hime it was & is so true. Courteous, professional, and very prompt. My a/c is running 26 hours after my original phone call. This company provides the type of service you expect, but rarely receive in today's world. I highly recommend them and am now a loyal customer.

I had Air Techs quote a mini-split unit for my sunroom to compare against another quote; they were recommended by an excellent contractor that I trusted. Air Techs offered, for nearly $1,000 less than the other contractor, a 2-ton Mitsubishi unit that was otherwise exactly the same as the smaller 1.5-ton unit listed in the more expensive quote. They came promptly and did an excellent, professional installation, taking only a morning to do the work. Needless to say, the unit works perfectly; it transformed my sunroom from unusable to being an actual extension of the home's living space. We love it! They've also agreed to take over maintenance of my main central HVAC unit, which has an installation issue I inherited from the prior homeowner. Air Techs can take care of that as well, at
