Air-Tex Air Conditioning and Heating

There had to come back several times for my issues but always friendly and dependable. I have an old AC covered by a warranty though luckily so it has needed multiple repairs but they have handled each with a great job.

We have a yearly service contract with Air Tex, so they come twice, once in the fall and once in the spring to maintain our heating/AC system. For this fall visit, the service technicians arrived on time. They were friendly and efficient as they checked out our heating system.

It finally got cold enough to use my heat last night but the system wouldn't turn on. I had a different company out first thing in the morning and their repair man gave me 2 options: -for $10k they could do the bare minimum to 'band-aid' my system and get it running again -for $17k they could install a brand new system I told him I needed to think about it and decided to shop around before committing to such a big investment. I am so glad I did! I called Air-Tex that afternoon and they had someone at my house within 2 hours. Richard had my unit was running like new again within 30 minutes for under $300. All it needed was a single part replaced! He checked all of my systems and assured me that there are no leaks and that all refrigerant levels are right where they should be. Thank you
