(1) Tech was just out of a 3 month training course and should not have done maintenance services alone. (2) Tech did not know how to balance air flow. (3)Tech added $450 of freon to unit that was cooling very well, but made no attempt to determine location of and fix leak (If there was a leak). (3) Blower cover fell off of unit several days later and scared my wife half to death. (4) Tech would not service second AC unit due to space constraints (AC unit had been serviced numerous times over 35 yr period. Service was in Humble, TX on 22 Sept

Jordan was absolutely awesome! He was professional, punctual, polite and as young as he is was he was very knowledgeable in his field !

I would not recommend them as a business. They are poor with communication, keeping and providing records, and keeping track of scheduled services. If you are required to have a service plan by your landlord covering HVAC I strongly advise against using this company.

Paid for a warranty but can't get an appointment, feels like a bait and switch unfortunately. Edited after their reply below to say this was a commercial HVAC purchase for my business, years ago, as was my original review. I ended up having to hire another company to service the unit.

Stay the HELL away from these scammers a d over billers, The finese is on RIGHT WHEN YOU CALL. (They will never quite you a trip fee). Then when they come out the worker "states" I don't quote or make prices.even tho he's on sight, (now make that make sense. So then this dude calls some chick.who sounded like she's sleep and THEYRE in the front.ofym house literally trying to figure out ways to get more money out of me . STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! YOU WILL REGRET IT.
