I am in the industry and have the opportunity to meet a lot of different contractor but Tim and his team stand out above most. He is an upstanding individual with exceptional character. In todays business environment most of Air-Ton's competitors have been gobbled up by private equity and therefore their focus is on enriching their shareholders, often at the expense of the homeowners and the employees. We have been using this service to maintain our air-conditioning and heating units for the last couple of years. We have been so impressed by the quality of their technicians and their friendly demeanor. They have found mistakes that the original Installers made and have also identified issues with the units that would’ve been very easy to miss. They came out for a system check for no cooling. They asked if they could do a leak test then charged me over $900 for freon and leak test and service call and that was just to TELL ME what was wrong and not a repair. Prices were too high for a low SEER system and I went with someone else for a better system at lower price. Money wasted. The other company said their leak tests are free.
