Our heat shut off in the middle of a cold fall and we were able to get technical support via phone from this company. Because of the help we received, we were able to solve our issue. They were professional and provided support via video.

Bait and switch on one of the units they installed. Both units had huge leaks from condensate lines. One the punched a hole in vent pipe n just put condensate line in the hole, other they put between insulation n sub floor. Major damage was done to the new home. One unit install incorrectly. 15 degree difference on 2nd and 3rd floor that this unit runs. Shows up whenever. Makes apt and shows up 3 hours later. Would not recommend!!!!

Angel and his team were absolute professionals. The price was fair and competitive. The execution of the work was excellent. I’ll also say that the ongoing customer service is A+. Example: 7 years after installation I had an issue connecting a new Nest thermostat. They could have sent one of their guys and charged me 2-$300 for the visit. Instead, they troubleshot the problem with me over the phone and I was able to connect it. Highly recommend!

To be honest I may not have gave this company the best experience as a customer due to some complications they had with the guy who contracted them originally. But they are extremely professional and care about the work they do. They didn’t hold anything against me came out and did outstanding work for me. They’re worth the penny. Payments to them must be made in cash as an FYI. Do business with them and support a great small local business. Angelo is a good man of his word and makes sure that his customers are happy. Highly recommend.

Will definitely recommend Air Zones, they installed a central heating system that worked great, I finally have heat!! They are very professional and price was the best we found. They worked fast and smart . The unit was placed in our basement and the placement saved us a lot of space which we really appreciate since our basement is not that big and we use it for storage . They know what they’re doing. You will be very pleased with their work. Ask for Angelo.
