I contacted Air service today and they promptly came to my house 45 minutes later and it wasn’t really an emergency. I needed good service and someone who cared about my customer experience and how comfortable I felt with the person in my house. They were very thorough and helped me very much. I signed a contract to have them service my unit. Thank you very much for your excellent service!. I wanted to add that the technician that came to my house was wonderful. I finally was able to use my air conditioner properly. He fixed my vents and advised what temperature to change it for morning t night as I have 1 thermostat for a townhome . I did not get that service from my prior company who I just got the air conditioner installed from in March and was still under war Still under warranty. .

He took the time to explain what was going on, answered all my questions, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing good work.
