Aire Serv of Central Shenandoah Valley

We finally decided to get some mini splits installed in our over 100 year old house in the Shenandoah Valley. We have several ways to heat our house but we’ve never had a way to cool it, and we have lived in our house for 32 years! Aire Serv spent about 3 days equipping our house with the mini splits to heat and cool our house using the ductless method. Then men who did the installations were polite and hardworking. They were careful to keep my floors etc as clean as they could. They were dependable and notified me if plans changed. I had an appointment to get a quote for a full HVAC system replacement. The estimator was very friendly and helpful, he went over all of my options and talked me through their finance options as well. I ended up going with Aire Servs quote and scheduled the installation. The installation team showed up on time and worked dillengenty to complete the install. They went over all of the important information such as using the thermostat and why certain things had to be changed from my previous system. They cleaned up after they did the work and didn't leave anything behind. I am very happy with the service I received.

Chase came by for a maintenance visit, but he found a few issues that he could help resolve the same day! We were very happy with the results and also very impressed with the transparency in what was happening and the accompanying pictures!

Really impressed with this company and its employees. Chase came out on the coldest night of the year on short notice help diagnose a tricky issue with our HVAC. He stayed late to make sure we had emergency heat. Jordan showed up later in the week and performed the repair quickly and at a fair price. Everyone I dealth with, including Megan for call intake, were knowledgeable and respectful. Great crew
