So let’s just starting by saying that AirServe has by far exceeded my expectations. From the office staff especially Bri. She has been a very bug help with getting things rolling for me and making sure that i get all the reports and invoices in a timely manner. Tim the home comfort designer helped with giving us options on what we would need and broke everything down to show all the cost of what we needed. Then all the installers that have been to our house have been very respectfull and very knowledgable when it came to explaining what was being done. So all in all Air Serve you will be definetly seeing my name pop up for more work to be done. I greatly appreciate all of you.

Had them out and everyone was nice until I said I was going to get a second bid when they said I needed a new furnace. Then the guy became quite agitated. Even said the quote “I’m not going to break your arm or anything but this how I try to make a living”. It was odd and I think it was supposed to fluster me, which it didn’t do. Thank goodness I got that second bid. Saved a lot.

Job well done! I wanted to take this opportunity to thank both Daireus and Malaki and the entire Aire Serv team for their work on installation of my new gas furnace. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They arrived when they were scheduled and worked hard all day getting everything installed perfectly in my older home (70+). I'd also like to thank Tim who came out and went through all my options and answered all my questions when it came to deciding what furnace would work best for my needs. The entire team at Aire Serv is pleasant to work with and I look forward to being a continuing customer for all my HVAC needs going forward.

Fast, efficient, kind and helpful are words I would use to describe the service I received with Brendon! I was growing concerned with my heating due to the recent cold temperatures and Brendon very quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem. Definitely planning on using Aire Serv again in the future if needed!!!
