Nate was professional and knowledgeable and seemed truely concerned about our issue. We had a furnace issue and we live out in the country, it's an older unit which meant he needed different parts. Despite the travel he made sure we had safe working heat at very a fair price. He and his wife went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone needing work on their heating or cooling system. We hope they know how much we appreciate their service

Aire Serv of Iowa City came out and moved my laundry from the basement to the main floor. They expertly re-routed everything. I will be calling them back for furnace and air conditioning needs as well. Great team, arrived as expected - friendly and informative while completing the work.

Very prompt, communicated very well, thorough, honest/straight forward, and educational. Some of the best service I have ever had. Jason and Osa were very respectful and knowledgeable. I hope to never need an HVAC technician again, but if I do, I will be calling them. Tavian also did a great job coordinating everything on the phone and via text which was very convenient. Diagnoses and repair of the issue (which required a new unit) was very efficient. The did a great job working with my home warranty.

I used Aire Serv of IC through Home warranty program for stopped heating in the coldest day in January. I have had great experience - they were able to schedule service visit the day I called. Then followed up for the next visits in a timely manner and the technician was very professional and understanding and did his best to help turn the heat on. I would use their service again and recommend them as reliable and professional company.

Nate, the owner, is awesome. He spent a lot of time working with us to make sure the system we purchased was exactly what we wanted. We never felt pressured or that he was trying to upsell us a system we didn't need. The young man who came out to measure our old unit was very pleasant. His crew were punctual, respectful, and clean. They even put air in one of my wife's tires since I was gone for the day! Thanks for a great experience.
