Shawn and Derrick came out and did a fantastic install on our new AC unit, furnace and water heater. Some issues came up with the unit itself from the manufacturer but were quickly resolved by Bailey, another Aireserv technician, who was very knowledgeable about the units. Fantastic company, even sent some delicious cookies thanking us for being customers. Highly recommended company!

Called Monday cause my furnace went out over the weekend. Tuesday, Thomas came out and gave me a reasonable quote and explained my options after my home warranty company failed to send a reliable tech. By Wednesday night, Sam and Preston had my new furnace put in and running. They also saw a couple issues with my duct work and fixed it right up for me at no extra charge. Thomas came to give us an estimate on a new heat/air unit. After considering several issues we decided Aire Serv was the way for us to proceed. This is a fabulous company! We have used their services for a few years for both air conditioning and heating. Frankie and Brad came out today in this bad weather. They came to my house so fast and took care of our furnace and heating issues. Both were so nice and so kind! I appreciate both of them so much! They are a family run business and I highly recommend them for either your air conditioning problems or heating issues. You will not be disappointed! Both men knew their stuff! Now, my house is warm and toasty!

The technician, Robert, from AireServe was polite, friendly, and very professional. He inspected my hvac system and left me several quotes based on different possibilities for recommended services. I pay a monthly fee so inspections do not cost extra.
