I did a service call with them and they came out and said I was low on refrigerant and my coils were dirty. I paid almost $500 for the call which included $150 for a "cleaning". Two weeks later my system was frozen again. I called a different co.pany who said I had a hole in my coils which caused me to replace the whole inside unit. I spoke to Air Serv and their response was well here's 10% off the previous bill. I will never use them again.

I had previous business connection with Aire Serv, and now that I am retired, I have called Cesar twice for A/C service. Both instances he was very prompt with the schedule and was on time to arrive for the appointment. Worked quickly and efficiently and solved and corrected my cooling issues. Honest and dependable company.
