AirGarage | Public Car Park

Easily the worst parking experience in Wilmington. You can never get ahold of anyone who works there, they allow homeless people to sleep in the garage, And more often than not, there’s trash in there. The Only positive thing about this garage is the people who work from an outside company that scanned the license plates. Definitely not worth the price, or your time.

I normally don’t write reviews for parking lots, but this one is really awful. On Google Maps, AirGarage and 208 W 12th St Garage appear as separate locations, but they’re actually the same place. The condition of the floors is terrible—there are big potholes on every level, and you can even see rebar exposed in the concrete. Loose gravel and small rocks are scattered everywhere. Why doesn’t AirGarage invest a little money to fix it? It really wouldn’t be that hard!

This is a warning to monthly subscribers: Careful parking here on the last day of your monthly subscription, as you may receive an erroneous penalty charge. I ended my monthly subscription and on the last day of the subscription, I received a penalty charge from AirGarage of $28.49, despite the fact that all written documentation from AirGarage stated that my subscription was valid through that date. I contacted AirGarage and sent them the receipts that proved I was parking within the date range of my subscription, but they refused to credit me back and said my subscription ended at 12:00 AM that day. This information was not included anywhere in the cancellation receipt I received, which stated my subscription would run through that date. Generally this parking garage was fine, but given

Bright light in fall. Easy to use. Close to Theater N. Signs were well posted and easy to read and understand. Paid 10.32 for 3hours 16min . Was overall good experience.
