Scam!!!! There are arrows pointing down and a machine that takes your money! Then when you try to leave the apartment staff is rude and says you will get a ticket for Parking even though it says PUBLIC PARKING! This is such a scam and inconvenience. Zero stars!

I use this lot through Spothero anytime I go to the Hippodrome. It's the most affordable parking in the city and the process of going in and out is a breeze.

This place is a SCAM and do NOT park here!!!!! I stayed at the Marriott next door and their website recommend to park here (which I will file a complaint to Marriott not to recommend on their website). An overnight parking is supposed to be $22 but what you end up paying is about $60!!!!!!!! As instructed, you park, scan, credit card, and end session when done. Well as you can see in the 2 transactions, it automatically processed $22.49 then $37.49. I parked on 2/10 @ 4:27PM, then it automatically ended my session middle of the night on 2/11 @ 1:38AM. When I got to my car to leave around 11AM, I noticed my session ended and saw a charge for $22.49 which I thought was expected for overnight parking but found it strange it automatically ended my session since I did not do it. Very disappointed, when I parked i scanned the QR code and said max for the day would be $18, after 1 and a half hr later I received a text saying that I would have 1 hr to get my car or would be charged $30 because the was an event coming up. So they changed the price . 1 hr after that text they terminated my section and charged me the $30 dollars. I wounder if this have happened to others or if it's something they do frequently.

Ridiculously high rate that is deceptively hidden until just before the purchase button and only shows when you hit the drop down menu unlike other lots that prominently display their rates both physically and digitally. Customer service was useless as they requested info and then disappeared for days only to say that they cannot help due to a rate at an entirely different lot which leads me to believe that they didn't actually read my initial submission. I will happily avoid their lots in the future and encourage everyone else to do the same starting with this review
