Be warned they won’t tell you this ahead of time but, if you’re staying the night, they will cancel your parking at midnight and charge you a “convenience fee” for not paying the next day unless you start a new session manually. If you fail to do this in the middle of the night they will automatically charge you a $20 fee plus a full day of parking $40. There’s also no way to contact them outside of filing an online complaint form to which they will email you back in an hour. Your parking session DOES NOT carry over. You have to restart every day at midnight. If you’re a hotel guest DO NOT PARK HERE or at any of the air garage locations unless you want to have to go through the effort of redoing your parking every night.

I been charged a twice. $10.60 and $8.04 On Monday December 1……I park only 1 hour 20 minutes. And then December 2..,,,,I get another charged, but I never park there So why charged me a twice. I think this place scam!!

Massively overpriced but no signage to warn you how expensive it is. You only see the price when you use the QR code to register, when it's already too late to leave. The hourly rate when we parked was $10.24, which is obscene. I would not have parked here if that had been posted like every other garage does.

What can can I say? Its a parking garage. Using the public garages is cheaper than the smaller lots. Parking Charleston is limited and expensive. Liberty garage is a great place to park and explore King Street shopping.
