I can see why it's rated so highly by everybody. Paying for parking is extremely convenient. Well lit. Good rates. And I was not expecting the elevator lobby on the parking floor to be that nice. Edit: Upon returning to the vehicle, I did have to take away a star, the elevators from the first floor are inaccessible "after hours", and you are required to walk up the vehicle ramp with no sidewalks.

Much easier (and not annoying) than literally every other parking “app”/metered system/etc. I’ve used. I also appreciate I didn’t have to download an app! It was very well-lit and had plenty of spots. I was in Macon to see a show so I don’t know if it’s always like this, but the elevator(s) and stairs were closed. I didn’t care, but for people who have trouble walking, young kids, etc., it’s dangerous to have to walk down and up the ramps cars are driving on, but also would be very hard for a person with walking issues to manage that.

Easy to use. I scanned the QR code and was able to put in my payment method within one minute also saw parking lot attendance in the parking garage which made me feel like my vehicle was extra protected.

This lot is perfect if you're going to any office in the Fickling building in downtown Macon. You'll need to have your tag number of your vehicle in order to get it reimbursed by the business. I did get a ticket last week, I'm not sure why so I'm going to contact my lawyer's office which is in the Fickling building and I'll reserve my rating until then. It is well set up and easy to navigate if you're going to the Fickling building.
