AirGarage | Public Parking

They are trying to charge us for a rental car that is on the other side of the country from us. We rented that car two years ago, and are getting a new charge now. How they justify charging our card without even a verification text is beyond me. Have requested a refund, will remove/modify rating depending on how refund goes.

Such a nice, convient way to park! No hassle, no bars, no waiting! Based on license plate readers I read the other reviews I don't think Kim understand or knows how to read signs. They have AirGarage signs literally every 10feet with instructions. Every other parking spot also is included with instructions. You also DO NOT need an app. You could text the number or as a legacy village visitor they can also validate. If you read instructions "right off the bat" then you wouldn't have problems. I guess entering in your license plate is too complicated for boomers 😅🤣

I went to Legacy Nursing Home facility to see my mother that I have not seen in 2 years and is in hospice care. I drove straight into the parking facility, there were no barriers or instructions. I parked and on a small sign on the elevator entrance wall, it stated, Legacy visitors could text their license plate number for parking validation. I went into Legacy and had my long visit. Before leaving I text the number and received two emails about validations. After returning to my care I had a parking violation ticket!!!! No instructions any where in site, but I nefarious have received a parking ticket. The ticket was the first instructions I have received. I need to load an APP on my phone to pay the ticket. So they grandly have no instructions and then happily hand out $42.00 dollar parki

Easy to park and easy to pay. Warning…7 foot clearance in this garage.
