Daniel, the technician, arrived within the scheduled window, diagnosed and repaired the issue in a timely manner. I received a photo of him before arrival so I knew who to expect. He was competent and easy to work with. He explained the issue in detail with photos and got my approval before doing additional work. When he left the system was working again. I signed a service contract with them and would recommend to family and friends.

Daniel is awesome. Kind and professional. I was worried about a lot of things before he got to the house, but he put my mind at ease. explained everything in a manner I understood and gave me several options on how to proceed. No hassle and no pressure. Great experience. he is our only AC guy from now on . thanks, AirLoom.

If I could give a zero star review, I would. This place is a complete rip off. I was quoted on 10/14/25, and they tried to charge me double of what other companies were offering - to repair the same problem. The technician was nice, but beware of wolves in sheep’s clothing. They price-gouge because they know you are in need of help in the Houston heat. Instead of doing right by their customers, they try to make as much money as possible at the expense of the customer. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. I am appalled at this company’s business practices. Not only did they price-gouge me, but they also tried to upsell me on a maintenance plan, after trying to knock my head off financially. The nerve of these guys! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR REPAIRS AT ALL, UNLESS YOU WANT

Daniel is the very best! He is prompt, extremely knowledgeable, kind, understanding, and always willing to help and listen to our AC issues. He has been taking care of our units for years, and he never fails to correctly diagnose and repair the problem. 5 STARS +

Excellent experience. Garrett the technician arrived promptly and had the issue with our air diagnosed quickly. He was very professional and had our AC back to work in no time. I would recommend this company to anyone.
