The AirNow team has been servicing and maintaining the units where my husband and I work for several years now. They are very knowledgeable and communicate with us everything that is being done on the units. This visit we had Jim and Justin service the units inside and out taking there time to make sure each unit was working at its max. Jim also provided us with a breakdown of what was done along with recommendation that he saw needed attention. Could not be more pleased with Air Now. Darrin was our technician and he was so helpful and explained everything to me. He got on speaker phone with my husband and made suggestions and explained to him thoroughly. We had a clogged drain and he had us back in action within no time. Chris, the Comfort Advisor, came by on Friday to evaluate our needs and walked us through all the available options in a clear, no-pressure way. He gave us a great-value quote to install a new system the following Monday, and the quote, contract, and communication were all professional and easy to understand. On Monday morning, Jeff and Jeffrey arrived right on time and completed the installation very efficiently. They explained exactly what they did, how the system operates, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. They also cleaned up thoroughly afterward, which we really appreciated. Received great service from Brandon, Hector, and Neyvar. They were very professional and replaced my HVAC unit efficiently. They also answered all my questions and they swept out the garage and driveway after completing their work which was a nice plus as I was not expecting clean floors. They also ensured all the joints and connections were sealed.
