I picked up a ac unit to deliver for them,after pick up nobody would answer their phone...not the receiver and not them...the unit that I picked up was damaged by their costumer,and on the Bol it didn't stated that so at delivery people stated asking questions...and I'm being blamed for the damage...

The communication between the field and their office is a joke. Repeatedly asked for reports but they don't send it. The techs they have aren't properly trained. It's like they do not care.

This is by far the worst company I have dealt with to get parts in my entire career. I have been waiting 3 weeks for quotes and I have called multiple times and have given the model and serial number to the unit 3 times and the parts still are not on the way and I’m still waiting for a quote. They did finally give me some type of a quote after 3 weeks however it will do me no good because it is not for all the parts I need only partial. Thank god this piece of equipment is not crucial because if it was I would be in big trouble. Avoid at all costs!!! They won’t look for parts with you on the phone like every other company. Maybe if they did none of our time would have been wasted with the partial quote because I could have explained to them that I also need the breaker that passes power to

we opened our bakery in Alderwood mall since June 1st of 2024, and we still have no heating nor AC working.
